We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery times are typically 7–14 business days depending on your location. USA orders usually arrive in 8–12 days. European orders in 7–10 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at our contact page and we'll guide you through the process.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

How do I know my size?

Every product page includes a detailed size guide table with exact measurements in centimeters. We recommend measuring your chest, shoulders and length and comparing to the chart. If you're between sizes, we always recommend going one size up for the relaxed Mediterranean fit our pieces are designed for.

Do Montrevell pieces run true to size?

Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, slightly oversized fit inspired by Mediterranean coastal style. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. If you prefer a relaxed drape, go with your regular size.

I'm still not sure about sizing — what should I do?

Contact us before ordering and we'll help you find your perfect size. We'd rather take 5 minutes to get it right than have you deal with a return.

Is this real linen?

Yes. Our linen pieces are crafted from premium natural linen fabric — genuinely breathable, lightweight and built for warm weather. You'll feel the difference the moment you put it on. Some pieces use a linen blend (such as our Lyocell Linen Shirt) which adds an extra silky softness to the fabric.

How do I care for my Montrevell pieces?

All our pieces are machine washable — cold wash, gentle cycle, lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the fabric quality. Linen naturally softens and improves with each wash.

Will the colours fade after washing?

Our fabrics are dyed to resist fading. Washing on a cold, gentle cycle and avoiding direct sunlight when drying will keep your pieces looking fresh for years.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All transactions are SSL encrypted and 100% secure.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once shipped, we're unable to make changes.
